Three types of work visas for foreigners in China
Category 1: Foreign high-end talents (Category A) refers to scientists, leading scientific and technological talents, international entrepreneurs, specialized and special talents, etc. who meet the requirements of "advanced, sophisticated and outstanding talents" and market demand-oriented, and are required by China's economic and social development, as well as talents who meet the standard of foreign high-end talents for scoring points. Top foreign talent is not limited by age, education or work experience.
Category 2: Foreign professional talents (Category B) refers to those who meet the work guidance directory and job requirements of foreigners in China and are in urgent need of economic and social development. They have a bachelor's degree or above and 2 years or more related work experience, and are under the age of 60. If there is a real need for innovative and entrepreneurial talents, professionals with professional skills, outstanding foreign graduates, foreign professionals who meet the standards for scoring points, and the implementation of intergovernmental agreements or agreements, restrictions such as age, education or work experience can be appropriately relaxed.
Materials required for foreigner work permit processing
Foreign employees need to provide information list
1、Personal passport of foreign employee
2、One inch electronic photo with white background
3、Proof of work experience (if the previous company does not meet the requirement of 2 years or the combined work of several companies exceeds 2 years, professional consultants are required to improve the background)
4、Academic certificates and certification documents
5、No criminal proof record and certification documents
6、Certificate of work experience at home and abroad Physical examination report
Basic materials to be provided by the employer
1、Business license and copy
2、Copy of legal person ID card
3、Copy of ID card of a Chinese agent
4、Company fixed phone and mailbox
5、Labor contract (representative office as employment certificate)
NOTICE
1. The above refers to all the required documents. Due to the different requirements of each city, some cities need to provide the highest level of proof of no criminal record in the country for work visas (some countries need to collect the applicant's fingerprints)
2. When the company or representative office changes the address or important information of the unit, the applicant's work card information is required to be changed simultaneously
3. All foreign documents required shall be notarized in Chinese translation.
